Enjoy swimming laps or just playing in our heated indoor pool. The water temperature stays a comfortable 84 degrees. Water depth ranges from 4 feet to 10 feet.

Water Aerobics

This class focuses on strength building and flexibility.

M/W/F 10:30am-11:15am

T/Th 7:15pm-8:00pm

$2 for nonmembers of Rec Center $1 for members

Swimming Lessons

Parent-Tot Class: For children 2-4 years of age to learn the basics (kicking, blowing bubbles, learning to relax in the water). The parent will be in the water with the child in this class.

6/18/07-8/20/07 Mondays 6-6:30pm $5

Minnows: A Level I swimming class designed for children who are somewhat afraid or have never been exposed to the water.

6/18/07-8/20/07 Mondays 6:30-7pm $5

Flounders: A Level II swimming class designed for children with some skill level.

6/18/07-8/20/07 Mondays 7-7:30pm $5

Barracudas: A Level III class designed for experienced children.

6/18/07-8/20/07 Mondays 7:30-8pm $5

*Adult classes available upon request.

Summer Swim Team

Dolphins: A Summer swim team for children of all ages who know the basic swim strokes. Participants will learn additional strokes and focus on speed improvement.

6/19/07-8/23/07 T/Th 4-5pm $5 per week
